Regal Managers has managed vacation homes exclusively in the Kissimmee area since 2017. We do not spread ourselves across multiple markets or juggle different property types. This focused approach lets us understand the local market deeply, from seasonal demand patterns near Disney and Universal to the specific needs of each resort community.
Our team is always on-site. We manage homes at Storey Lake Resort, Regal Oaks Resort, Sonoma Resort, Lake Berkley Resort, Bellavida Resort, and Windsor at Westside Resort. All properties are in gated communities with resort-style amenities, including clubhouses, pools, lazy rivers, and fitness centers. When something needs attention, we are minutes away.
